"We have had really good feedback from clients using this new feature. Ad Strategies was the first to use it as they wanted a simple customized background without having a fully customized app."

The Sequential Monadic Model Pictured Above
Sequential monadic research is designed to test products or ideas. Many businesses and organizations use this form of research to optimize products and service offerings. Sequential monadic testing is "real world" testing because it simulates the way we truly use products or think of ideas, one at a time. Respondents are exposed to different concepts at different times. Following this model, respondents are asked to evaluate multiple or all concepts one after the other in a rotated pattern. When performing this type of research (or testing), your respondents must align to all start at a different point. This way, all products or ideas have the opportunity to come up first and can be tested. This form of testing minimizes order bias in your research.

The custom logic capabilities to program sequential monadic research have been available for quite some time in the Survey Analytics platform for online surveys. In addition to sequential monadic testing in traditional online surveys, you can now conduct these tests face to face with an iPad or tablet using SurveyPocket.  All data collected from devices in the field running the test(s) will be available for reporting and analysis. Watch the video below of SurveyPocket Product Manager Greg Bender demonstrating how to set up a sequential monadic survey in both Survey Analytics and for SurveyPocket.
